Clerk’s Assistant/Part Time

Holland Charter Township seeks qualified applicants for a part time position in the Clerk’s Office; average of 20-24 hours per week, with some variation based upon workload, election cycles and coverage needs. Competitive wages; no fringe benefits. Primary responsibilities include operational support for the Clerk, elections and general administrative functions including customer service, voter registration and ballot processing, attend meetings, prepare minutes, maintain records, and operational support for website and social media. Candidates should have an Associate’s Degree in business or related field with three years related work experience; good interpersonal, customer service and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft applications.
