ACCOUNT CLERK – UTILITIES
Full Time Position

Responsibilities: Process billings, input data, maintain customer account records, receive and resolve customer questions and complaints; provide support for water and sewer operations.

Qualifications: Reliable and self-motivated; strong attention to detail; good interpersonal and organizational skills; proficiency with use of standard office productivity software; previous customer billing, high school diploma, and account services experience.
