Full-time position working 20 hours per week in the Treasurer Department, 20 hours per week in the Assessor Department.
Duties: Work in the Township administrative offices assisting the Treasurer/Assessor Departments with a wide range of accounting/assessing tasks including: collect and process customer payments, compile and maintain accounting records and schedules, assist with tax, budget, financial functions, perform various field assessing functions, data entry, provide basic assessing information to the public, create/modify/maintain geographic information systems (GIS) files in support of Assessor’s Department.
Desirable qualities include good interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills, knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping practices and procedures, attention to detail and accuracy of numbers, knowledge of MS Office, BS&A and GIS software. Position is available until filled.
