3. Public Hearing - Special Use
a. 2479 VanOmmen Dr. - Petitioner is seeking permission to establish a Vehicle Towing Operation with an Off-street Parking Lot for damaged and abandoned vehicles. The property is zoned C-2, General Commercial.
b. 491 Chicago Dr. - Petitioner is seeking permission to amend a special use in order to construct an additional Car Wash bay. The property is zoned C-2, General Commercial.
c. 11561 Waterford Ct. - Petitioner is seeking permission to operate a Group Day Care Home. The property is zoned A, Agriculture with an approved Planned Unit Development agreement.
d. Vacant land located south of Roost Ave. and west of Sixth Ave. - Petitioner is seeking permission to construct a Contractor’s Facility with Outdoor Storage. The property is zoned I-1, Light Industrial.
4. Public Hearing – Amendment to Final Development Plan
a. Legends View Association PUD - The proposed amendment consists of eliminating the project’s specific building footprints and replacing them with building envelopes in order to allow customized buildings, including larger garage and sunporch options. Additionally, the proposed amendment seeks to increase the allowable building coverage from 28 percent to 35 percent.
