3. Hearing to consider a petition for multiple nonuse variances submitted by Brian Lamar on behalf of Community Reformed Church for property located at 10376 Felch Street. The variances are for landscape buffering for the purpose of constructing a new entry drive and parking lot expansion and a variance on the square footage of a sign.

4. Hearing to consider a petition for a nonuse variance submitted by Todd Sneller on behalf of Dirkse Capital Management LLC for property located at 12659 Riley Street. The variance is for stacked vehicle spaces in a drive through.

5. Hearing to consider a petition for a nonuse variance submitted by Robert and Pam Molenhouse for vacant property located on Howard Avenue. The variance is in order to proceed with a land division within a recorded plat. This item was tabled at the December 2018 meeting.
