Absentee Ballots

Absentee Ballot Applications are available prior to any scheduled election. To receive an application, please call (616) 396-2345 #7 or click here for a paper application. Applications may be dropped off at the Clerk's office, put in the drop box located in the circle drive to the north of the Township office, or the drop box located between the front lobby doors, mailed, or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as long as the signature is visible. Applications are also available at the Clerk's office or you can fill out the online form. 

If you would like to be put on the Permanent Absentee Voter List, please contact the Clerk's office at (616) 396-2345 #7.
