Notes Regarding Special Assessment Information on Website
The special assessment payoff information on the website includes the current installment amount if not paid. Please be advised that unpaid current installments become delinquent on August 31st and payment will no longer be accepted for the installment portion after October 31st. Delinquent installments will be rebilled on that December's property tax statement.
