ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
PART-TIME POSITION

 

Part-time position working 16 to 24 hours per week (Thursdays, Fridays and every other Wednesday) in the Community Development Department.

Duties: Work in the Township administrative offices, assisting the Community Development Department with a wide range of tasks including: answering phones, customer service, data entry, processing permit applications, maintain files and records and related administrative support work.

Qualifications: Applicants must be 18 years old. Desirable qualities include familiarity with Holland Charter Township; good interpersonal and organizational skills, knowledge of standard office software applications, use of standard office equipment, attention to detail and accuracy of numbers, building plans, etc. Job description and application can be found on our website at www.hct.holland.mi.us.
