Tuesday, November 5, 2024: General Election

Register to Vote

You may register to vote at the local Clerk's office, County Clerk's office, or Secretary of State branch office. If you are registering less than 15 days before an election, you must register to vote at the Township Clerk's office.

Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on election day. To find where you vote, click here.

Request an Absent Voter Ballot

Your request for an absent voter ballot must be submitted to the Township Clerk. You may request an absent voter ballot by submitting a paper application, an online application, a letter, a postcard, or a pre-printed application form obtained from the Clerk's office. Requests may be returned in person, via postal mail or email, as long as a signature is visible.

Permanent Absentee Voter List

If you are already on the Permanent Absentee Voter List, applications were mailed to you in January.

Early Voting Centers

Starting with the Presidential Primary voters will have the option to vote at an Early Voting Center for 9 days prior to all Federal and State elections.  For more information on Early Voting Centers in Ottawa County visit  http://www.miottawa.org/EarlyVoting.
